Week 18 of WWW Wednesday for me.
WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam A. Stevens on Taking on a World of Words.
The three Ws are:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’re read next?
The Devil You Know by Dr Gwen Adshead and Eileen Horne
My current Pigeonhole read. This is a non-fiction book with case studies built from amalgamations of patients Dr Adshead has worked with as a forensic psychiatrist.
The Killing Kind by Jane Casey
Ingrid’s stalker made her life a living hell. Now he claims he’s the only person who can save her from a mysterious stranger who may want her dead. A compelling thriller with a fantastically amoral yet charismatic bad guy.
You Are Mine by Michael Robotham
This standalone thriller is published on 24 June and I’ll review it properly nearer the time. But, a quick heads up I’ll be advising you buy it and out it to the top of your TBR pile immediately.
Sudden Onset by Tom and Chris Dardick
A killer substance is invading a remote military base in Utah. No one knows where it came from or how to stop it, they just know that it kills. A team of scientists, including socially awkward microbiologist Dr Mira Wallace, are in a race against time to solve the mystery before it’s too late. High tension and enjoyable characters balances out some instances of science overload.
Whisper Cottage by Anne Wyn Clark
I’ve got this to read on e-ARC and am really looking forward to it.
Have you read any of these? Do you have any recommendations for me to add to my TBR list? I’d love to hear from you in the comments.
Love the look of You Are Mine and Whisper Cottage. Thanks for sharing…and for visiting my blog.
