WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam A. Stevens on Taking on a World of Words.
The three Ws are:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’re read next?
Rebel Ideas by Matthew Syed
The Storyteller by Dave Grohl
I’m really enjoying this autobiography on audiobook. The amount of amazing opportunities Dave has had from a young age are a classic example of hard work and taking chances. An inspiring listen.
The Bone Code by Kathy Reichs
I was sent a gifted copy of this by publishers Simon & Schuster so I’m giving it a try. Unfortunately, so far I’m not really enjoying it. I remember reading the first couple of books in this series and finding them quite dry and it doesn’t feel like much has changed.
The Newcomer by Laura Elizabeth Wollett
I’m a third in to this story of a young woman who goes missing on a close knit community island off the Australian coast. We’re meeting the girl who has gone missing through flashbacks and to be honest I’m finding it hard to be sympathetic towards her because she’s quite an unlikeable heroine.
The Paris Apartment by Lucy Foley
I’ll publish my review next year near the March release date.
The Midnight Lock by Jeffrey Deaver
I haven’t quite decided. I’m struggling a bit with getting through The Bone Code and The Newcomer, so I don’t want to plan too far ahead until I’ve got to the end of at least one of these.
Have you read any of these? Do you have any recommendations for me to add to my TBR list? I’d love to hear from you in the comments.
