It’s not in my weekly reading round-up because I finished it a wee while ago, but I published my review of The Liar of Red Valley by Walter Goodwater yesterday. It’s out at the end of this month and I just wanted to flag it here because I really, really enjoyed it.
WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam A. Stevens on Taking on a World of Words.
The three Ws are:
- What are you currently reading?
- What did you recently finish reading?
- What do you think you’re read next?

Rebel Ideas by Matthew Syed
Paused on this again.
I Have Something to Tell You by Susan Lewis
Just started this via online book club Pigeonhole and it’s got off to a good start.

Buried by Elle Croft
Alice is trapped underground and her only hope for survival is the killer trapped with her. Great premise well delivered. My review.
Hide by Nell Pattison
Due for publication in early December I finished this on e-ARC via NetGalley this week. I’ll post my review nearer the book release date.
Dark and Shallow Lies by Ginny Myers Sain
I read this YA fantasy/occult book for a readalong on Instagram and loved it. It’s about a missing girl in a town full of psychics and the creep level is very high. My review.

The Island of Palm Trees by Michael Walsh-Rose
I’m on a blog tour for this in early October so it’s next on my reading list.
Have you read any of these? Do you have any recommendations for me to add to my TBR list? I’d love to hear from you in the comments.
